The Amazon site contains lots more than just books, and is relatively easy to use - although I found the check a bit of a problem initially. The prices are competitive - though not much cheaper than other sites. In addition there is a postage charge which increases the price of the goods. However delivery is speedy and goods arrive safely and packaged well.

I use Amazon at least twice a week every week as i am an avid reader and they always manage to get me the books i want promptly no hassle no losses, prompt email notification of purchase, easy tracking for your goods, notification when goods are shipped excellent online shopping

I've used amazon many, many times over the years and the quality of their service is second to none. Prices aren't the cheapest, but delivery is quick and the level of customer service should anything go wrong is phenomenally good. This could very well be the best online shop around

Amazon are always Punctual but it could be slightly cheaper

I have used the Amazon site many times. The site is very easy to use whether you are looking for something specific or just browsing. Delivery is prompt even outside the uk. Amazon has brought me confidence when shopping online.

It was so easy and as a nice touch you could add a message to the vouchers for that personal touch. All round good experience.
